Is the trial really free for 7 days?
Yes. You choose your plan, add a payment method and try it free for 7 days. Nothing is charged during that time and you can cancel at any time. If you come through a friend’s invite link you get 14 days. Only after that does the paid subscription begin.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, effective at the end of the paid period, in the customer portal or by email. You keep access until then.
How does the Halloween Special Price work?
On the monthly plan you pay €3.99 instead of €7.99 for the first 3 months, then €7.99 a month. On the yearly plan you pay €39 instead of €59 in the first year. The offer only runs until 31 October; the exact conditions are in the Terms.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, with common payment methods. Zombike does not store card data. All prices include VAT.
How does the friends bonus work?
For every friend who takes out a paid subscription through your link you get a free month, up to 3. You redeem it with your own subscription and it applies to your following months.
Where is my data stored?
Account and training data are stored in the EU (Ireland).
Do I need a specific trainer?
You need a smart trainer with Bluetooth FTMS and Chrome or Edge on a computer or Android. An app for iPhone and iPad is coming.
Can I withdraw?
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. It lapses when you expressly agree to the service starting immediately before payment. Details in the Terms.
